Man V. Food Birthday Cake

This whopper of a cake is made up of two 9 inch vanilla sponge cakes sandwiched together with plenty of strawberry jam and vanilla buttercream. It was then coated with a thick layer of buttercream and covered completely in Oreo crumbs! A circle was cut out of the top layer of the cake and an edible fondant man was added along with some of the foods that featured in the popular series - Man V. Food.
