St Clements Cake

 A 5 1/2" 2 layer orange and lemon cake. The bottom layer was coloured with yellow colouring and flavoured using real lemon juice and lemon zest. This was then spread with a generous amount of lemon curd and topped with a layer of orange buttercream. The top layer of sponge was coloured orange and flavoured using an orange extract.

The outside was coated with more orange flavoured buttercream and decorated using fresh slices of oranges and lemons! A delicious refreshing cake for the summer.

Pretty in pink ombre petal cake

a mini 5 1/2" chocolate rocky road cake packed full with mini marshmallows, digestive biscuits, white chocolate chips, smarties and a couple of dollops of peanut butter for added nuttyness! Sandwiched together with mixed berry jam and plenty of vanilla buttercream. The outside was crumb coated and then decorated using the petal effect in three co-ordinating colours.
